下記のとおり，NERPSの学生フェロー（日本語担当）を1名募集します。

We will be recruiting 1 NERPS student fellow (with an assignment in Japanese) as described below.

■期間/Period
2026年2月中旬以降のできるだけ早い時期 ～ 2027年3月末 / As soon as possible after mid-February, 2026 through the end of March 2027
更新の可能性あり(2027年3月以降～) / Renewal possible after March 2027)

■勤務時間/Work hours
　週８時間程度。ただし，国際会議等イベントがある際はこの限りではありません。
※勤務時間や曜日は可能な限り採用者の相談に応じます。
Approximately 8 hours per week. However, this does not apply when there are events such as international conferences.

■時間単価/Remuneration
　※大学規定による。According to university rules and regulations
・大学院博士課程(前期の課程を除く)に在籍する者(これに相当すると大学が認めた者を 含む。)/ Individual who is in a doctoral course of a Graduate School (excluding first semester courses) (including those who are approved by the University to be equivalent thereof) 　 1,400円
・上記以外の者/ Individual other than the above 1,200円

■業務内容/Job description
・「広島大学FE・SDGsネットワーク拠点」（以下，NERPS）の活動，特に広報活動，の 補助を主な業務とするお仕事です。
・学内のSDGs関連取組情報の収集，整理，情報発信。ウェブやソーシャルメディアの更新のほか，イベントの企画や運営サポートを行っていただきます。
・毎年３月に開催されるNERPS国際学術会議，その他NERPSが主催する各種会合・イベントの運営サポートを行っていただきます。
・その他，NERPSの事務作業を手伝っていただくこともあります。

・Mainly to assist in the work of NERPS ("Network for Education and Research on Peace and Sustainability at Hiroshima University"), especially in public relations activities.
・To collect, organize, and disseminate information on SDG-related initiatives within the university. In addition to updating the website and social media, you will be responsible for planning and supporting the operation of some events.
・To support the operation of NERPS conferences held every March and other meetings and events hosted by NERPS.
・To assist members of NERPS with other administrative tasks

■必要な資格・技能 / Qualifications
・ウェブやソーシャルメディアを通じた情報発信及び情報収集スキル
・日本語/英語の各担当言語で高度な読み書きができること
・円滑なコミュニケーション能力
・ウェブサイト等の編集等を行った経験があれば尚可
・多様な文化的背景を持つ人々からなるチームで働いた経験
・熱意と自主性を持って業務に取り組める学生の応募を期待しています。
・Information dissemination and collection skills through the web and social media
・High level of reading and writing skills in each language the student fellows use in their work (Japanese or English or both)
・Effective written and verbal communication skills
・Experience in editing websites is an invaluable asset
・Experience working in a multiculturally diverse team
