フランス政府留学局より，短期語学留学2026年夏季セッション概要が届きましたので，案内いたします。
参加希望者は別添の募集要項等を確認の上， 5/17（日）までにURLフォーム欄の〈申込フォーム〉にてご応募ください。
※同意書の原紙は5/22（金）までに学生プラザ2階・留学交流グループまでご提出ください。

授業期間:
2026年8月31日（月）～2026年9月25日（金）
*宿泊施設は，8月29日（土）～9月27日（日）で利用可能

対象:
・日本の大学に在籍する学生
（大学でのフランス語の履修の有無や専攻を問わず，フランス語初心者や入門者でも参加可能）
・2026年度前期に広島大学の学部または大学院の正規課程に在学する学生（休学者は除く）

プログラム内容:
月曜から金曜まで週に20時間，4週間で80時間の授業です。
初日にはまずクラス分けテストが実施され，それぞれ自分のレベルに合ったクラスに配置されます。

費用および研修地:
１）学生寮個室：2,415 €　　　
　　研修地: CUEF – グルノーブル大学付属語学学校
２）ホームステイ個室（朝・夕食付き）： 3,200 €
　　研修地: CUEF – グルノーブル大学付属語学学校

*フランス語講座の登録料と授業料，文化アクティビティ参加費，宿泊費，空港から宿泊地までの送迎費，フランス滞在中の健康保険料，賠償責任保険料が含まれます。（保険はフランス入国から出国までがカバーされます）
*上記料金及び外国送金手数料を広島大学に円建てで振り込んでいただきます。

プログラム料金以外にかかる費用:
・渡航費（航空券は各自手配で自己負担）
・広島大学指定の海外旅行保険（13,000円程度）
・プログラム料金に含まれない現地での生活費（食費・お小遣い等）
・査証取得にかかる費用（該当者）

キャンセル規定:
プログラム開始15日前まではキャンセル料なし
前日～15日前 代金総額の50％
当日以降　 代金総額の100％

We have received the overview of the 2026 Summer Session for the Short-Term Language Study Program from the French Government Study Abroad Agency. We would like to inform you about this opportunity.
If you wish to participate, please refer to the attached application guidelines and apply via the [Application Form] link in the URL form field by Sunday, 17 May.
Note: The original signed document must be submitted to the Global Exchange Group on the 2nd floor of the Student Plaza by Friday, 22 May.

Class Period:
31st August (Mon)- 25th September (Fri), 2026
*The accommodation is available from 29th August (Sat) to 27th September (Sun).

Eligibility:
・Students enrolled at a Japanese university (regardless of whether they have taken French courses or their major; beginners and those new to French are also welcome to participate).
・Students enrolled in regular courses of undergraduate or graduate school of Hiroshima University (excl. students on leave of absence) in the First semester of AY2026

Program Details:
The program consists of 20 hours of classes per week, from Monday to Friday, totaling 80 hours over four weeks.
On the first day, a placement test will be conducted to assign each student to a class that matches their level.

Fees and Training Locations:
１）University dormitory, single room：2,415 €　　　
　　Training location: CUEF – French Language School at the　University of Grenoble
２）Homestay, single room with breakfast and dinner： 3,200 €
　　Training location: CUEF – French Language School at the　University of Grenoble

*This includes the registration and tuition fees for the French language course, participation fees for cultural activities, accommodation costs, transportation from the airport to the accommodation, health insurance coverage during the stay in France, and liability insurance coverage (the insurance covers the entire period from entry into France to departure).

*The fee, along with the international transfer fee, must be paid to Hiroshima University in Japanese yen.

Additional Expenses Not Included in the Program Fee:
・ Travel expenses (participants must arrange their own flights)
・ Overseas travel insurance designated by Hiroshima　University (approx. ¥13,000)
・ Daily living expenses not covered by the program fee (e.g. meals, personal spending, etc.)
・ Visa application fee (for those who required)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the program start date will incur no cancellation fee.
