【開催案内】2025年度QTA資格取得研修会について/【Information on holding】Qualifying-TA Program (AY 2025) 2025/2/27

　2025年度QTA資格取得研修会を、以下のとおりオンラインで開催いたします。
　QTAとして活動を希望する学生は、本研修会を受講しQTA資格を取得する必要があります。


【2025年度QTA資格取得研修会】
〇日時：
　2025年3月6日（木）10：00 ～ 2026年2月9日（月）17：00

〇対象者：
　・QTA資格を取得したい学部生、大学院生
　・Hirodai TA制度やQTAの活用に関心のある学生、教職員

〇実施方法：
　moodle「2024年度QTA資格取得研修会/Qualifying TA Program (AY 2024)」に自己登録し、研修動画を視聴した後、（A）～（F）の確認テストに解答し正解してください。
　すべての動画を視聴し、すべての確認テストに正解した方が本研修会修了となります。
　開催期間中であれば確認テストは何度でも受けることができます。
　（英語版の研修動画、確認テストも準備しています。)

〇QTA資格について：
　各課程（学士課程、博士課程前期、博士課程後期、博士課程、専門職学位課程）に在籍している学生は、本研修会の修了をもってQTA資格取得となります。
　また、各課程への進学予定者は、進学年月の前月中（例：2025年4月進学であれば、2025年3月中）に本研修会を修了していれば、進学後の課程に在籍した日から資格取得となります。
　QTA資格の有効期限は、各課程（学士課程、博士課程前期、博士課程後期、博士課程、専門職学位課程）を離籍する日までとなります。

　We hold the Qualifying-TA Program (AY 2025) online as follows.　
　Students who wish to work as QTAs are required to attend the workshop.

【Qualifying-TA Program】
〇Holding period：
　Thursday, March 6, 2025 10:00 - Monday, February 9, 2026 17:00

〇Eligible Students：
　・Undergraduate students or graduate students who would like to obtain the QTA qualification
　・Students and Faculty staff who are interested in the topic

〇Implementation method：
　Please log in to moodle, register voluntarily for the course name "2025年度QTA資格取得研修会/Qualifying TA Program (AY2025)", and watch the following videos posted on the site.
　After watching the instructional videos, please complete comprehnsive tests (A) to (F) on moodle.
　The program will be completed If you view all videos and answer all question correctly.
　You can challenge the tests as many times as you want during the QTA qualification program release period.

〇About QTA qualification:
　Stuents who enrolled in a degree-seeking program(Undergraduate degree program, Master degree program, Doctoral degree program, ) will acquire QTA qualification when they complete the Qualifying TA program.
　In addition, for students advancing to the next level of education, if they complete the QTA program one month before advancing (for example, advancing to the next level of education in April 2025 and obtaining the QTA qualification in March 2025), they will obtain QTA qualification from the date they enroll in the new degree-seeking program.
　The qualification will remain valid until the date the students leave the degree-seeking program they advance to.
