このイノベーションチャレンジは、Town&Gown構想が目指す地域共創活動の一環であり、地域の現実の課題解決に取り組む実践的なプログラムです。
今回取り組む課題は、「アスパラガスの廃棄部分活用」です。廃棄せざるを得ないアスパラガスの株元を「利益」や「社会的価値」に転換する活用策をチーム(最大5名)で模索します。講義を通して提案方法論を学びながら、具体的な活用策を練り上げ、企業にプレゼンテーションを行います。優秀チームには、賞状と5,000円分のAmazonギフト券が各自に授与されます!
*この事業で学生が検討する課題「アスパラガス出荷時の廃棄株元の活用策」は、農事組合法人ファーム西田口からご提供いただきます。
【担当講師】
IDEC国際連携機構 小松崎 俊作 特任准教授
【対象】
東広島市内在住、もしくは通学する、大学生・高校生。大学院生も大歓迎です!
●企業研修も手がけるイノベーション教育のエキスパート・小松崎先生からメンタリングを受けられる特別な機会です。
●アイディアソンの経験が無くても参加できます。講義内で方法論が学べます。
●一人での参加ができます。参加者同士でグループを作ります。
●随時、先輩アドバイザーからアイディアへの助言が貰えます。
●問題解決スキルが身につき、就職活動でアピールできる経験が得られます。

Higashi-Hiroshima City and Hiroshima University are promoting the Town & Gown initiative, aiming to address regional challenges, implement new technologies in society, foster human resources, and build a sustainable community.
This Innovation Challenge is part of the regional co-creation activities envisioned by the Town & Gown initiative and serves as a practical program tackling real-world issues in the region.
The current challenge focuses on "utilizing discarded parts of asparagus." Teams of up to five members will explore ways to transform the typically discarded asparagus stalk bases into “something profitable” or “socially valuable”. Participants will learn proposal methodologies through lectures, develop concrete utilization strategies, and present their ideas to a company. Outstanding teams will be awarded certificates and a 5,000-yen Amazon gift card per member.
*The challenge of "utilizing discarded asparagus bases during shipment" is provided by the agricultural cooperative corporation “Farm Nishi-Taguchi.”
【Instructor in Charge】
Associate Professor (Special Appointment), IDEC International Cooperation Organization, Shunsaku Komatsuzaki.
【Eligibility】
University and high school students who reside or attend school in Higashi-Hiroshima City. Students in graduate programs are also welcome!
●This is a special opportunity to receive direct mentoring in small group settings from Specially Appointed Associate Professor Shunsaku Komatsuzaki, an expert in innovation education who also specializes in corporate training.
●No prior experience is necessary; proposal methodologies will be covered during the lectures.
●Individual participants are welcome; groups will be formed among participants.
●Participants can receive advice on their ideas from senior advisors throughout the program.
●Develop problem-solving skills and gain experiences valuable for future
career search.
