広島大学は、文部科学省科学技術人材育成費補助事業 令和5年度ダイバーシティ研究環境実現イニシアティブ(調査分析)に採択され、
島根大学と共同で地方大学における理工系女性研究者支援に関する2年間の調査事業を実施してまいりました。
　
この度、以下のとおり総括シンポジウムを開催しますので、関心のある方は奮ってご参加ください。(参加料は無料です。)
　
今回のシンポジウムは、これまでの調査分析結果の概要を報告するとともに、政策提言書の案を発表するために開催するものです。

Hiroshima University has been selected by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) as a recipient of the FY2023 Diversity Research Environment Initiative (Survey and Analysis), and has conducted a two-year survey project on support for female researchers in science and engineering at local universities in collaboration with Shimane University.
　
A summary symposium will be held as follows, and all interested parties are cordially invited to attend. (Participation is free of charge.)
　
The symposium is being held to provide an overview of the results of the research and analysis to date and to present draft policy recommendations.
