お世話になります。留学交流グループです。
本学の学生・教職員に向けて東広島市仙石庭園の見学イベントを開催いたします。仙石庭園（https://senseki.org/）は、医療法人社団ヤマナ会の創始者で、医師であり造園家でもある山名征三氏により創建された日本を代表する石庭です。全国の銘石を回廊し、鑑賞できる石庭です。庭園の美しさや歴史に触れるこの貴重な機会です。以下の参加要件を確認の上、お申込みください。
当日は仙石庭園のスタッフによる日本語でのガイダンスが行われますので、日本語と英語の両方を話せる参加者に通訳をお願いすることがあります。

日程：2024年4月26日（金）13:00～16:00　（5月以降は第2・第4金曜日13:00～16:00に実施）
場所：仙石庭園（東広島市高屋町高屋堀1589-7）
参加費：無料（入園料、送迎バス無料）
対象：
①本学に在籍している留学生
②本学の英語が堪能な日本人学生
③本学の教職員
定員：20名（定員になり次第、募集を締め切らせていただく予定です。）

参加要件：
①無料招待は上記の対象者に限定します。
②他の方も空きがあれば参加可能ですが、通常の入場料1,000円が必要です。
③参加後SNS等で感想を投稿するとともに、仙石庭園（info@senseki.org）にメールで感想を送信する必要があります。

当日スケジュール詳細：
2024年4月26日（金）　（5月以降は第2・第4金曜日）
12:45学生プラザ１階入り口に集合
13:00 - 13:30仙石庭園にバス移動(バスは定時で出発しますので、遅刻する場合は
参加できません。)
13:30 - 15:30仙石庭園見学
15:30 - 16:00 広島大学にバス移動

Wish this finds you well. This is Global Exchange Group of Hiroshima University.
We invite you to visit the Senseki Garden, one of the largest rock gardens in Japan. This is courtesy of Dr. Yamana, M.D., who built the garden himself. This is a valuable opportunity to experience the beauty and history of the garden. Please review the participation requirements below and submit your application.
Both the transportation fee and the entrance fee are free. The maximum number is the first 20 people in each session (an automatic response will be sent by email).

During the tour, the staff of Senseki Garden will provide guidance in Japanese. Participants who are proficient in both Japanese and English may be asked to assist in translating for English speakers. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Date: April 26, 2024 (Friday) | Time: 13:00 - 16:00 (From May, it will be held on the 2nd and 4th Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
Location: SENSEKI GARDEN　(STONE PARK Yamana)
Admission: Free (Free shuttle bus provided)
Targeted Participant:
① International students enrolled at Hiroshima University
② Japanese students proficient in English
③ Researchers and staff of Hiroshima University
Capacity: 20 participants (We plan to close the recruitment once the capacity is reached.)

Participation requirements:
① Free admission is limited to the aforementioned members.
② Others may attend if vacancies are available, but they must pay the regular entrance fee of ¥1,000.
③The participants are required to post your visit on SNS, and email your impression to the garden by email(info@senseki.org).
